Delivery is free on every UK order with no minimum, sent tracked with Royal Mail. Returns run for and — whether the item is faulty or you simply changed your mind. Most shops make you pay to send back a mistake. We'd rather carry that cost than argue about it.
If you're unsure whether something fits your phone, ask before you buy. A question answered in an email is cheaper for both of us than a parcel going back and forth.
