use any feature of the website or purchase products from us. By using the
website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy
Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Please read these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them,
you should not use the website or place an order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and
checkout technology. Your contract for products purchased from this store is
with Phonejet, not Shopify.

3. Eligibility and Account Information

website may only be used with the involvement and permission of a parent or

its description, faulty, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for a purpose

Product availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities where

5. Prices and Charges

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Phonejet is not registered for
VAT, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue VAT invoices. UK delivery is free
on all orders. The final order total will be displayed at checkout before you
place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order
that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error after you place an
order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the correct price or
cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your
express agreement.

6. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in
your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your
order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Unless we tell you otherwise, the contract between you and Phonejet is formed
when we send a dispatch confirmation email. The contract covers only the
products listed in that dispatch confirmation.

Before dispatch, we may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason,
including:

- the product being unavailable;
- an obvious price or description error;
- payment not being authorised;
- suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;
- an incomplete, invalid or undeliverable address;
- a delivery address outside the United Kingdom;
- a legal or regulatory restriction; or
- a reasonable quantity restriction disclosed by us.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to
the original payment method without undue delay.

7. Payment

We accept card payments through Shopify Payments, and payments through PayPal.
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. By submitting
payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected
payment method and authorise the relevant payment provider to process the
payment.

Your order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or if
additional verification is reasonably required to prevent fraud.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details. Payments
are processed by Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any specific conditions
shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for
cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another offer.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, fraud or
misuse. This will not affect an order already accepted unless permitted by law
and handled fairly.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom only. UK delivery is
free on all orders, with no minimum order value, sent tracked with Royal Mail.
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days and delivery normally
takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, giving a usual total of 4-7 business
days from the date the order is placed.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online order, return a product or request a refund are
explained in our Refund Policy.

UK consumers normally have a legal right to cancel many online purchases within
14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Our
voluntary 30-day return policy provides additional rights under the conditions
stated in the Refund Policy. We pay return postage on all UK returns, including
change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged,
misdescribed or incorrect products.

11. Consumer Rights

Products supplied to UK consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality
and fit for their intended purpose. If a product does not meet these
requirements, you may have legal rights to a refund, repair, replacement or
price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

Any manufacturer's warranty or commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does
not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
